I've officially created one asset for the 10 minute animated piece for Emma's EP. This poppy! Enough said.
I was immediately incorrect, not enough said. So I started this animation at about 1pm yesterday and finished it just now, so that's not a full day's work, but a pretty reasonable pace if I can keep it up and improve on that!
Next things to do:
I need to decide whether or not I'll animate a secondary poppy or just replicate this one asset
I need to animate the zoom and the black centre of the poppy dispersing (see below)
I'm quite pleased with how this flower has turned out, and I'm excited to figure out how I'm going to animate everything else!
